What we do
One part of JoyMoves is a fitness studio that features:
- Nia, Yoga, Pilates mat and Pilates MVe™ classes in our main ‘movement’ studio
- Our main 2,000 square foot main studio room features a professional “sprung” bamboo dance floor, an uplifting barreled ceiling that looks like the sky, and high windows featuring natural light and views of nature.
- Affordable Private, Duet and Trio Pilates training sessions in our fully equipped Pilates studio
- A unique and exciting yoga rope wall studio
- Customized yoga, Nia and ‘Women’s Movement Meditation’ private and semi-private sessions in either our main ‘movement’ studio or in our unique yoga rope wall studio
The mission of JoyMoves as a boutique fitness studio is to create a sacred space in which a diverse and supportive community of adults can experience health and growth through the joy of movement.
Another part of JoyMoves is a beautiful day spa, featuring:
- Four well-appointed spa rooms, designed to allow a relaxing and rejuvenizing experience
- A comprehensive menu featuring an extensive array of Massage, Body Treatments and Facials
- Use of all-natural, petrochemical-free and paraben-free products from Epicuren Skin Care and Spa Technologies.
- A pristine, private shower room
The mission of The Spa at JoyMoves is to provide a sacred space in which one can rejuvenate and bliss out.

- A low “EMF” (electromagnetic field) environment with special shielding materials built into the walls to mitigate microwave radiation, and no internal wireless network

The minimum age to participate in JoyMoves classes is 14 years old. JoyMoves does not maintain daycare facilities onsite. Please do not bring your children or pets.
