Pilates Boot Camps

• Tuesday -Friday, Jan 26th – 29th, 2009, 1:00pm – 2:00pm – for Intermediate students

About the Pilates Boot Camps
The point of the Pilates Boot Camps is to give students an opportunity to accelerate their Pilates training to achieve greater endurance, strength, technique and competency. By nature of the fact that the Boot Camps occur over 4 successive days, they are inherently somewhat exertive (and, of course, the Intermediate Pilates Boot Camp is more challenging than the Beginner one). Each day of the Boot Camps will focus on a different Pilates apparatus: Pilates Reformer, Tower/Mat, Chair and Cadillac.

The fee for each Pilates Bootcamp is $99 per person if purchased by December 31, 2009 (and $120 if purchased after that).
