Shoshana Goldstein – Studio Co-Owner, Pilates Trainer
Shoshana became aware of Pilates in 2001 and began to practice it later that year. She noticed that it augmented her more aerobic and playful Nia practice. Pilates was a form of cross-training that resulted in both increased overall fitness and injury reduction. Because of these things, Shoshana decided to become a Pilates trainer. She is now Comprehensively Certified in Pilates through Peak Pilates of Boulder Colorado. She teaches Privates, Duets and Trios, as well as Pilates Mat/Tower classes, Pilates MVe™ Pilates chair classes and Group Pilates Reformer classes. Shoshana is also certified to teach Prenatal Pilates. She completed the “Exercise through Pregnancy” certificate program offered at Debra Goodman Physical Therapy in 2010. Shoshana also helps mentor Pilates apprentices who are learning the Peak Pilates System. Prior to her Pilates career, Shoshana was a Nia instructor for 12 years. She was also an Occupational Therapist. Shoshana holds a M.S. in O.T. from Boston University. This is in addition to her undergrad degree in Special Education from Syracuse University.

Krystal Craig – Pilates Trainer
Krystal is a Comprehensively Certified Power Pilates Instructor and began teaching in 2005. She has been practicing Pilates since the age of 17 and also has a background in gymnastics. Krystal is passionate about sharing the joys Pilates provides including strength, stretch, stamina and stability. She knows everyone can share these benefits at any age and level. She personally knows how “movement heals” – a term often used in Pilates. Krystal used Pilates to recover from a serious car wreck and to work through her own knee issues. Krystal is also the owner of a chocolate company in Austin called Arte y Chocolate – which creates high-quality organic chocolate products. She believes in the healthy benefits of dark chocolate, in moderation of course, and thinks chocolate and Pilates goes hand in hand.

Cyndy is a certified Peak Pilates Level 3 Instructor. She grew up in Austin, Texas and received her BA in Communication Studies from The University of San Francisco. Cyndy is currently working towards a Masters in Speech Pathology, and practices and teaches Pilates during the week nights and weekends. Cyndy is a firm believer in Pilates. Shortly after she began practicing Pilates, her health problems started to disappear. She became a Pilates trainer out of a desire to share her passion for Pilates with others. Says Cyndy, “I love watching bodies transform before my very eyes. It is my goal that every client leaves the studio after a workout feeling the best they can possibly feel.” Cyndy currently teaches privates and duets on week nights and Sunday mornings.
